The black hat base is decorated with delicate white tulle to give a foggy feel. Different sizes of Handmade Silky Satin White flowers are placed on it in a cluster, to represent the blooming garden. High quality black crystals are carefully sewn at the centre of each flower. The vines are handmade using premium wire and the same crystals as the centre of the flowers. The subtle glow from the black crystals imitates the morning dew on the flowers. 

This fascinator hat comes with a headband and alligator clip to use as preferred. A complimentary hat box is also included for easy storage.
