Currently we only ship within the UK. Please note that shipping rates change. We offer free shipping within the UK for orders over £50. UK shipping from £2.85 (Free shipping over £50).All orders are tracked.Unfortunately, due to the recent changes in the EU shipping regulations we will not be shipping to the EU for the time being.

We ship your orders within 2-5 business days. For Made to Order items it might take between 2-3 weeks. Please note that orders may be delayed during busy seasons.

Yes, you can return a product as long as the product is in it's original condition.We do not accept returns for custom made items unless it is faulty. Therefore, please make any changes before be ship your order.

Once we receive your order please allow up to 5 working days to process your order. Once processed you should receive your refund within 3-5 days.

Yes, you can cancel your order before shipping begins. For custom made products, you can only cancel before we begin making it.
